How to get a pack

Pick'n Go Packs are valid for 31 days (unless used prior). *To be used within NZ to standard landline or mobile. See full terms and conditions.

Keep Your Mobile Number

Keeping your number is easy, and it only takes a few hours, just follow these 3 steps:

Buy a new SIM then call 800 from your mobile to activate it

Log in to your WM Dashboard to start the transfer

Fill out the form and we'll do the rest. It takes a few hours to change and your number will be on our network within two working days.

Credit Rollover 90 Day Roll Over Credit — Top up again within 90 days, any unused credit will be extended.

Data Rollover 31 Day Roll Over Data — At the end of 31 days any unused data can roll over for up to 90 days. Just purchase another data pack prior to expiry.

Setting up your device to get the best coverage To get the best coverage set your 'Network' selection to 'Automatic'. Also check that your network mode is on Auto (LTE/GSM/WCDMA) to pick up the 3G or 4G signal. For help with your phone settings check our Mobile Settings, or call us on 0800 284 800.
