1GB Free Data Promotion

  1. These terms and conditions apply to the Warehouse Mobile 1GB Free Data Promotion (Promotion) conducted by Warehouse Mobile (WHM).
  2. These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to our Prepay Terms and Conditions, Standard rates Terms and Conditions and Packs and Combos Terms and Conditions.
  3. This Promotion is available to customers who purchase a WHM Combo between 16 April 2020 and 31 July 2020 (Promotional Period).
  4. If you purchase a WHM Combo during the Promotional Period, we will give you a bonus 1GB of NZ Data. Your Bonus Data will be valid for 31 days (the duration of you Combo). Bonus Data will not roll over.  
  5. You will not be eligible to receive any other Data Promotions offered by WHM while you are signed up to this Promotion.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How are pack expiry dates calculated?

    Packs last 31 days from the date they are loaded or until fully used.

    Packs do not auto-renew. At the end of 31 days any unused data can roll over for up to 90 days. Just purchase another data pack prior to expiry. Talk packs do not roll over.
  • How do I monitor my usage?

    My Warehouse Mobile and the Warehouse Mobile App will show what packs you have purchased; how much is left of each; and when they expire.

    Note if you have purchased multiple packs you will see the total balance of these, and the expiry date will show as the date that the first one expires (even if some of the available balances will run for longer).

    Full usage history is available by calling Customer Care on 800.
  • How do I purchase a pack?

    There are four ways to purchase a pack:

      1. Send an SMS message to 801 with “Buy 4Text” or “Buy 4Talk” or “Buy 4Data” or “Buy 8Data”  or “Buy 30Data” (separate message for each pack)
      2. Log into My Warehouse Mobile
      3. Via the Warehouse Mobile App
      4. Call Customer Care on 800
  • Do packs recur or do I have to manually re-purchase?

    Packs do not renew automatically. You will receive a notification of your upcoming expiry dates 
  • Can I buy unlimited consecutive/concurrent packs?

    Generally, you can buy as many packs as you like. You will receive an alert if you are about to purchase a pack that will overlap with a current pack.
  • What notifications do I get about expiry or usage of Pick’n Go Packs?

    You will get an SMS notification one day before your Pick’n Go packs are due to expire which will remind you to re-purchase.
