Sim Swap for 3g Shutdown

We're starting to switch off 3G from late 2025

Warehouse Mobile’s network is powered by 2degrees. From the end of 2025, all mobile networks across New Zealand will begin shutting down 3G services, focusing on enhancing 4G services and supporting the growth of 5G technology.

WHat's Happening?

Warehouse Mobile’s network is powered by 2degrees. In our quest to constantly improve our network, sometimes we need to wave goodbye to older technology. That’s why we, along with other mobile operators in NZ, are starting to switch off our 3G network service towards the end of 2025 to enhance our 4G services and support the growth of 5G technology.

As part of this upgrade, some older technology SIM cards will no longer be supported on our network. If you are using one of these SIM cards, you would have received an SMS from us advising you to replace your current SIM card with a new one. After December, your current SIM card will no longer work for calls, including 111 emergency calls.
