What happens if I lose my SIM card?

You can suspend your account by calling us on 0800 284 800.You'll need to buy a blank SIM for $4 from one of our stores or online.
Once you have the blank SIM call us back on 0800 284 800 to arrange moving your number and any remaining credit over - you will still keep your original number and any remaining credit you had on it.
