The App is free, but the download of the App will use chargeable data. We recommend using WiFi to download.

Once you have downloaded the App it is free to use.

Getting started

First register at My Warehouse Mobile, your login details will be the same online and within the App.

You can then check your Prepay credit, minutes, text and data balances and top up your phone using a credit card or top up voucher.

Things you need to know

Does it use or charge data when I am using the Warehouse Mobile App?

It costs nothing, nil, zip, gratis, free, as long as you are accessing the App using your SIM card and in New Zealand. However, if you are connected via WiFi when using the App, the data used will come out of your Broadband allowance like any other site.

What phones will run the Warehouse Mobile App?

The App complies with the latest minimum required version from Google and Apple iOS

Can I use the Warehouse Mobile App on tablets and iPads?

The App will work on Android tablets and Apple iPads.
