Wolfie Bytes terms and conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions relate to Warehouse Mobile’s Wolfie Bytes Rewards Programme (Wolfie Bytes Rewards Programme).
2. By participating in Wolfie Bytes, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions, together with any other applicable Terms and Conditions (such as the Prepay Terms and Conditions and Packs and Combos Terms and Conditions).
3. Warehouse Mobile reserves the right to cancel or amend the Wolfie Bytes Programme at any time and without notice to you.
4. If from 24 January 2023 you purchase a Warehouse Mobile Combo ($9 Combo, $15 Combo, $25 Combo, $35 Combo or $45 Combo which all include a specific monthly data allocation (Data Allocation)) (each, an Eligible Combo), then:
1. for every third purchase up until your twelfth purchase, you will receive 20% of your current Eligible Combo’s data allocation as an additional, one – off data allocation ; and
2. for every third purchase after your twelfth purchase, you will receive 100% of your current Eligible Combo’s as an additional, one – off data allocation,
3. (in each case, a Data Reward).
5. For example, if you are on the $9 Combo (which comes with 300MB Data Allocation) you will then be eligible for the following Data Rewards (aka Wolfe Bytes):
1. on your third purchase you will receive a 60MB Data Reward;
2. on your sixth purchase you will receive a 120MB Data Reward;
3. on your ninth purchase you will receive a 180MB Data Reward;
4. on your twelfth purchase you will receive 240MB of Bonus Data; and
5. for every third purchase after your twelfth purchase, you will receive a 300MB of Data Reward.
6. If at the time your next Data Reward is due, you:
1. have upgraded to an Eligible Combo which includes a larger Data Allocation, the Data Reward will be based on Data Allocation of the Eligible Combo you have upgraded to. For example, if you are on a $9 Combo (300MB Data Allocation) and your ninth purchase is a $15 Combo (1.25GB Data Allocation) then you will receive a 0.75GB Data Reward ; or
2. have downgraded to an Eligible Combo which includes a smaller Data Allocation, your Data Reward will decrease as this will be based on the Data Allocation of the Eligible Plan which you have downgraded to. For example, if you are on a $35 Combo (6GB Data Allocation) and your ninth purchase is a $25 Combo (4GB Data Allocation) then you will receive a 1.8GB Data Reward.
7. To remain eligible for a Data Reward, your Eligible Combo must have renewed within 12 months of your previous Eligible Combo purchase. For example, if you purchase two Eligible Combos within 12 months but do not purchase your third Eligible Combo until 13 months after your second purchase, you will not be eligible for a Data Reward.
8. Each Data Reward d will roll over for up to 12 months provided you maintain an active Eligible Plan. New Zealand Data usage only.
9. Eligible Combos are valid for 28 days from purchase and auto renew with enough credit. Minimum $5 Top Up applies.
