Here’s what you need to do:
If you have a standard Warehouse Mobile SIM and want to swap it for a Micro or Nano SIM to fit your new phone or iPad, you’ll need a blank Micro or Nano SIM Swap SIM. SIM Swap SIMs cost $2 and are available at your nearest store.
If your current SIM is faulty, you need to get yourself a SIM Swap SIM from your nearest store. Once you have this SIM, call us on0800 284 800 to move your number and any remaining credit over to the new SIM.
